HOW IT WORKS

Blast It Clean, LLC is the licensed distributor of the Farrow System in South Carolina.

The Farrow System® uses low pressurized air combined with an environmentally friendly Farrow Green Clean™ media and heated water to remove a wide variety of surface coatings. Some of the primary features and benefits are:

• Operating air pressures cover a wide range and are easily adjustable from as low as 28 psi up to 84 psi.

• The water supply is heated and then emitted from the cleaning nozzle as a cooled vapor at an efficiently low rate of approximately 1/4 gallon per minute.

• The organic Farrow Green Clean™ media combines with the water and is distributed at a rate of about 2 pounds per minute.

• The amount of water dispersed is absorbed by the Green Clean™ media, leaving a moist residue, which is easily swept away and disposed of easily.

The Farrow System uses less than two quarts of water per minute, so most of the water evaporates before clean up.  There is minimal concern for run off because a volcanic crystal used in the system is safe for the environment and user.  Less mess, less clean up.  The Farrow System uses on average about 90 lbs of media per hour, clean up can be completed in a fraction of that time.

The Farrow System® is environmentally friendly and doesn’t use any chemicals or chemical by-products. Our Farrow Green Clean™ cleaning media is non-toxic which means that after use, it can be disposed of easily and properly. Dust levels are suppressed within the vaporized elements of Farrow Green Clean™ , therefore allowing this extremely low-pressure cleaning method to be used safely outdoors, within populated urban areas and even in enclosed environments.
